“I purchased a pair of uggs and had to follow up with your company myself a week later as I had heard nothing. I was then told I was supposed to receive an email from you asking for proof of address. After a number of emails back and forth I was told my order would be dispatched only to receive an email the following day telling me the product was now out of stock! Not a good example of customer service for a first time user of your site.”

“Good experience overall from making the purchase through to delivery. My only constructive feedback is for you to be more informative in the product description. Having purchased a scarf, I feel it is important that every detail is given for e.g. I was not aware that the scarf had sequins it was not in the product description and neither visible on the image. Thank you”

“Hi I want to say the customer service was fabulous I want to say a very special thank you to Laura Lim who made it possible for me and my beautiful 6 month old girly to get new shoes. My gift vouchers had expired I explained to Laura why and she went above and beyond to sort out my vouchers and I bought boots for myself and the cutest UGG boots for my gorgeous girly!!! I had never shopped Daniel on line i always visited the shop. My experience shopping with you was amazing! I work in retail myself so I know how important it is. “I always use Daniel Footwear and I have to say, the service is fantastic and the range of shoes is also fantastic compared to other websites :-) They have some great offers on every now and again which in turn, make the prices of shoes very competitive... I will 100% be using Daniel Footwear moving forward :-) 10/10!!”

“Disappointed that it's not obvious that sale items are not free returns. Ordered a £100 pair of uggs which cost £10 to return. Would not have ordered had it been brought to my attention! Most companies offer free returns regardless so did not think I needed to trawl through the T's&cs. An alert would have been good, not hard to write into the website.”
