“Ordered DKNY shoes which come in American sizes, therefore wrong size delivered. Good service on telephone regarding exchange. Exchange rather a lengthy process as you have to wait for return to be processed before exchange forwarded. All CS staff very helpful on telephone. Lovely shoes too”

“Although I liked the design of the shoes, I thought they were of quite low quality and not good value for money. The sizing on the 2 pairs was very different from one another. I felt that I would be able to get better quality shoes for the same price elsewhere.”

“The ugg adirondack boots I ordered online said they were in stock. Waited two days, then received an email ( not even with the right name on!) to tell me that they were in fact out of stock. Why have items for sale when they are out of stock? I was going to order a different boot but the first experience put me off so I didn't bother.”

“Great service for the pair of boots i eventually bought. Would have liked to by a different mire expensive pair, but due to the returns policy of 9 days, and No free rerurns postage. Boot are a heavy item and so if they dont fit, you like them. You will need to pay £10/15 to return. Also the boots have this new boot smell that you can seem to shift for days.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly BUT the first order was cancelled without speaking to me first.They cancelled as they felt the delivery address was unsafe but didn't give me a chance to give a different address. (The delivery address was a safe locker where parcels are signed for and kept until you pick them up with your ID so is very safe) The second order (placed on 11th Feb) was supposed to arrive on 12th Feb (Next day delivery) but didn't. I was told I would get a phone call or e-mail to alert me to the forthcoming delivery before it took place but nothing was sent. The courier City Link attempted to deliver on 13th Feb (a day late) and left a card which told me to reschedule the delivery before 23:00 that day. I called the tel no at 22:12 and rescheduled for Monday 17th Feb but they ignored that and tried to deliver today (14th Feb). I will now have to either chase around a depot to get my parcel or chase up a refund so....I'm not impressed so not likely to buy from them again as its too much hassle.”

“I was really impressed with the service I received from Daniel Footwear. I only ordered my boots on Tuesday yet they arrived today (Friday) despite an error on my part re delivery/billing details. This was sorted out very efficiently via e mail. The boots are gorgeous!”
