“Daniel footwear fine customer service team,,, Quality of shoes not good The rubber sole has worn quicker than expected the rubber is very soft And I have not had the shoes long approx 3 weeks I would not recommend”

We only supply the shoes of reputable manufacturers, but there are occasionally quality issues nonetheless, and you were unfortunate to receive shoes with a manufacturing fault. “Postage took longer than other things ordered on the Internet. The colour ordered was 'white' but the shoe - although comfortable - was more a light beige colour which was a bit disappointing.”

“Well where do I start. The prices were great and the quality good enough for me to place an order but that is where all the good service ended and the worst service I have ever experienced began. From the service team taking over a week to even dispatch my order to the customer service team taking over a week at a time to reply to my emails. Your company needs much better service and not to mention it's now been over a month and I still haven't received my order. And yet customer service hasn't offered any compensation instead I was sent an email to review the page so here you go. I expect you to fix this if you want me to order from your site again as I will not be doing so after the service I have recieved.”

At the time of your order, we were experiencing problems with our international courier, which led to delays in some of our orders. We are now using a new courier, Fedex - a change which means we now offer delivery to Australia within 2-4 days of dispatch, with daily collections taking place. “Be aware of this company,I have bought a pair of shoes cost me with the delivery more than £80,when arrived the shoes where in bad condition,I have contacted them ,they send me posting label( and this is the trick,I should make it special delivery,after 3weeks I didn't get any response,I have contacted the customer service they said send us the proof of the post ,I did,after they said we didn't find the parcel,( we are in the same city LEEDS). Really bad customer service and dodgy company.”

The quality of our footwear is obviously something on which we place a great deal of importance, so we take feedback like this very seriously. Regarding the return, unfortunately we find that some of our return parcels are delayed on their way back to us, which is why we sometimes offer the proof of postage service to speed up the process. “The order arrived within the specified delivery time and was neatly packaged. The internal packaging was really lovely and very nicely presented (Almost a shame to open the tissue paper to get into the box!) It was really nice to see that a lot of care and attention had been taken to [present that purchase so nicely. The product was exactly as described online.”
