“i returned unsuitable godds to STANMORE on june 19th and after one week i contacted your customer services just to enquire as to whether the itme had been received and the returns process was started. the response i got was that it takes time and nodefinite response was obtained when i further sent an email at the beginningof the week. I contacted custoemr services today (2/7/2015) and spoke to OLIVER who was delightful and confirmed my items had been returned and that he would prcoess the refund . he needs to be commended for superb customer service which was not received until now”

“Overall very poor service and poor quality - the delivery of the shoes were late and I had to chase up the orders several times to find out where they were. In addition the quality of the shoes was poor with one shoe having scuffs all down the side and a large stain on top of the shoe. I chose these shoes for my wedding for me (the groom), 2 best men, usher and fathers (groom and bride) to wear however due to the late arrival we had to make do with the condition they came in as we were flying out to Spain on the 17th and had no time to exchange them. Not what i expected from Daniel Footwear.”

We find that although our deliveries are on time in the majority of cases, there are occasional instances of late delivery. The same applies with the quality of our items: we have quality control systems in place to keep to a minimum instances of substandard items being dispatched, but unfortunately some faults are missed. “Shoes are very very comfortable. They have arrived quickly and without any defects. The only one thing I would recommend is to take one size smaller than you usually have- I have checked them in the shop firstly. (usually i wear 37 and apparently this shoes fits me in size 36)”

“Very nice quality shoes, but the shipping service was extremely slow. I paid 20 euros for international shipping (inside EU) and the shoes arrived afyer 15 days!”
