“My order was cancelled due to item being out of stock, yet the money came out of my account and then refunded in my PayPal account not my actual account causing me to go overdrawn and charged for this... No product and cost me more money!”

Hi Jade, Thank you for reviewing your order with us. We apologise for the item you ordered being out of stock, due to a discrepancy in our stock levels. We strive to keep instances of this to a minimum. When a refund is actioned, it is always done to the account from which the funds were paid to us. “Saw a pair of "must have" shoes in the Daniels store in Harrogate. They didn't have my size in the store but determined what size I needed and gave me all the information needed to order them. Online ordering was easy and the shoes arrived at my home in the U.S. As promised. The shoes and their quality are fabulous!”

“Have ordered four shoes, two arrived and were not the size ordered. I was then informed the other two were out of stock - took me to call the head office to receive a refund. That afternoon visited a Daniels store only to find exactly the shoes I had ordered and told were out of stock in the store. They did honour the online price!”

“I made the order the 9th of July, they made the payment transaction through PayPal the same day, My package arrived the 24 th of July. That's NOT a brilliant service, I'm very disappointed, And will never order from that company again.”

“I love Daniel shoes .. So I am not really complaining but as you have asked for feedback I will give you some . I ordered my shoes on a wed paid £4.99 delivery and did not get the til the following Monday . I was really annoyed I had pId for the fast courier delivery and it took 5 days to get my shoes .”

“Received a pair of ordered espadrilles in my favourite turquoise colour in less than a week including a weekend. Price was great..size is a bit big because I have a half foot size. Didn't get to wear unfortunately as the summer in Scotland is not in our favour. Happy.”
