“Ordered a parcel online which i should of received between two and five days didn't receive my parcel so emailed them got a reply saying. We will look into this. So emailed them back next day saying can you tell me where my parcel is which I didn't get no email back So I decided to go to Newcastle My nearest branch and the girl rang them for me and I got some joy my parcel came four days later so I got my parcel in two wks which should of been between two and five days.”

“Ordered product on next day delivery. 3 days later no sign of product. Called up and they contacted courier. They said they would call me back. Didn't call me back so I chard them. Eventually 1 week later found out that the courier had lost the parcel. Requested refund. In that 1 week the product went out of stock with every other supplier so lost the chance to buy it at all. Very unimpressed”

“Excellent service, Shoes arrived earlier then I had expected and the price was by far the best I had found, both online and in retail outlets. I was also able to take advantage of the promotional 20% off discount and free delivery that was available at the time of ordering, bringing the price down by a further £13.99.”

“I've ordered and paid for a pair of shoes over 3 weeks ago but still haven't received them. I contacted them several times and each time they come up with new excuses. I am really fed up and at this stage I just want my money back”

“My 1st order was refunded straight to my bank account without any notice , the item was still for sale on the site so I reorderd again only to be told it was out of stock again , yet again the item still showed as available after this ?!”
