“Bough a pair of shoes which practically feel apart. Sole separated and peeling noted to platform sole. Wore twice I have written to you as I was concerned that others might be affected by same issue. No response I advised I have pictures also to prove this. For designer shoes this is not acceptable. Poor customer service obviously not interested in after sale care. Shocking”

“I love these trainers. The fit is very comfortable even slightly generous in terms of width. I was a bit surprised the white toe cap wasn't completely white but have got used to it (they have a slightly grey scuff mark at the very front edge - click and expand the image and you will see that it is meant to be there). The wedge heel height is perfect for me. I can't wait to bust them with my skinny jeans!”
