“I was pleased with my Black Friday bargain and the service was first class, i received an international delivery within 4 days. Unfortunately, the excitement did not last too long, the item was faulty. I'm not one for returning items, especially internationally. Though, the returns policy was straight forward and i hope to receive a swift refund transaction process, i much rather have a perfect pair of boots. My only suggestion will be that items are checked thoroughly prior to posting them to avoid such situations. I will look forward to future bargain buys in perfect condition. Service: *****Very Good”

“Had to return my boots because too small and incurred a cost of over £11 for postage- will never order from you again as no free postage”

“The boots look absolutely fantastic with skirts, dresses and jeans. It is comfortable, warm and stylish which is exactly what you would expect from UGG. Luckily these boots were on sale otherwise I would not have been able to afford them so thank you www.daniel.com.”

“Items arrived very promptly, was packed to ensure no damage, however I think they could of at least made the mache paper inside less creased!! It literally was all scrunched up into a ball on one of the pairs! Doesn't look good when you're gifting it.”
