“Ordered a pair of Ugg gloves during the Black Friday offer. Received an email to tell me they were out of stock. I phoned twice to suggested an alternative and was told someone would call me back. The phone calls were never returned. I received an email after the Black Friday deal expired to tell me they were issuing a refund. Had they have return the call I could have had my alternative choice. Now I will go to an alternative supplier. I will not be using again.”

“Ordered two pairs of shoes in sale, both were far too big and oversized for a 39 and slipped off feet. Returns cost £12.98 as both items on sale and refunds not free. Really disappointing and a costly experience.”

“Fast and prompt delivery and easy checkout online. I love my trainers but unfortunately they were a bit scuffed when they arrived and for the price paid the quality doesn't seem great as the rubber seam is already coming away from the main part of the shoe after only a few wears”
