“After ordering I asked salesman to be discreet with packaging he said he would notify said shop. After receiving goods through courier my partner took them in and she knew what they were with Danial footwear all over packaging and even what was in side .no more Christmas surprise for her ,I'm really upset about it as they were meant to be a suprise”

“Thank you for the quick and efficient dispatch of the boots to my daughter, and for so swiftly courier-Ing a different pair when you realised my alteration to the order had not been processed through. “I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on line, which arrived fine, however on opening the box, both boots had a mark on. Very disappointing having had to take the day off to wait in for them, plus I had paid for next day delivery. I then telephoned the number on the invoice to be told, please send a photo so we can make a decision, ( a guy called Kris) A decision on what ? I asked, he just repeated we'll need to make a decision. I replied, you won't need to make a decision on anything as I don't want them and am returning them. I then had to trail to a post office to return them and although they have signed to say they have them back, I still haven't got my refund, but will give them a couple more days. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !”

“Shoe boxes always a bit bashed and shoes untidily put inside. At first I thought someone had worn the shoes I bought but one may have been on display. Overall good but presentation could be better for the price.”

“Absolutely lovely boots but made for very slim legs! I am only a petite size 8 with slim legs, but couldn't zip these. It would be helpful to have leg width info fo r boots. Very sadly, I will have to return.”
