“I ORDERED BOOTS AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY FOR THEM THEN I AWAITED DELIVERY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE NEVER IN STOCK AND SHOULDNT OF LET ME PAY FOR THEM. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE STOCK AND THE PRICE WILL PROBABLY SHOOT UP ONCE THESE SALES ARE OVER”

“I bought yellow flat shoes with laser cutout. Matched my dress perfectly. No one in outback Australia will have these! From order to delivery to North Queensland 7days. Customer service above and beyond so shoes fit perfectly. Size 39 aussie fits exactly Size 39 in the Daniel brand.First time buying shoes from international site. Couldnt be happier. Will definately buy again especially if shipping costs discounted. Aussie shoe addict”

“I cant beleive that an order has been mixed up and as one of the customers, I was not updated. I had to call the company to find out what was going on with my order! This was a next day delviery request, paid for, and to date have not received my order, or a refund! Very dissapointed and would not use this company again!”

“Completely the wrong order, and then no other handbags of that type in stock anywhere,I wasn't even sent a handbag, it was a pair of boots!! the first time I have used your company but I won't be again”

“Fabulous service from Daniel Footwear - ordered one day delivered the next. The shoes I bought were in the sale but still over £100 but were amazing - black glitter high heels that were so comfortable I hardly knew I had them on. Absolutely love Daniel shoes and their service. Annabel”
