“I was very happy with the order process from Daniels it was quick and simple. However the £191 bag in which I had ordered was left in my recycle bin from the delivery company Hermes with a note through the door telling me. I was very unimpressed, next time I would prefer to need to sign for my parcel so that I can always guarantee it's safe delivery.”

“*Fast shipping *Additional gift with delivery. Bought my first pair of Ugg slippers arrived promptly 2 day afterwards. I also received a pink bracelet with skulls as an additional gift. Bought my second pair of Uggs and as before 2 days delivery time, and this time a received green diamanté bangle. I also received a 15% off voucher to use with my next purchase. I would highly recommend Daniel footwear and will use them again.”

“I had been looking for these UGG mittens for a while as a present for my wife - I found them on the site at the best price and ordered them. They arrived a few days later beautifully packaged thank you very much great service, I would have no hesitation recommending you to friends and family.”

“Ordered online. Delivery was quick with item packaged very well. When opened I was very impressed with the free necklace as a thank you. Making sure you go the extra mile with customers and also got a 15% off next shop which then made me order some for my mam. Thanks!”

“I ordered a handbag and was excited about receiving it . After making the payment and waiting for delivery I was contacted by Daniels to say they couldn't find the bag that was showing on their system as in stock. I saw a similar one in the Chiswick Store which was more expensive but they didn't offer a discount on that one for my trouble. The money was refunded to my account and I managed to purchase my bag at good old John Lewis. I have had really good service in the Chiswick Daniel store on my many visits.”
