“I'd never heard of Daniel Footwear before I searched for my specific brand of sandals. The came quicker than another pair ordered from a competitor. The shoe box was wrapped in tissue with labels and the delivery note. All very fancy. I'd buy again from them without a doubt.”

“Unfortunately I had to contact Daniel Footwear because I had not received my shoes even though the payment had been made a week earlier. It transpired that the order had not been actioned or dispatched, in fact I was told that there was no record on the dispatch system. The query was dealt with promptly and efficiently and I received my shoes two days later. Another disappointment followed when I had to return the shoes as they did not fit comfortably. I once again telephoned the company expecting that they might send me a prepaid returns label. I was informed by a pleasant member of staff that sale items were not eligible for free returns. Something I had not noticed on the web site when ordering. Shame really, it would in some way have compensated for the error they had made initially. I had to pay £8 to return them via Royal mail.”

“Shoes are beautiful. Although I got them In the sale they was expensive and when they arrived there was 2 diamonds missing from them. So I was disappointed but decided to keep the shoes anyway because I didn't have time to look for another pair as they was for an occasion.”

“Placed and paid for my order which at the time of ordering was in stock - received relevant email confirmations-couple of days later received email saying item no longer in stock so order cancelled. The fact that you have asked for a review after my order was cancelled as item was unavailable says a lot about your customer service or lack of!”

Dear Tina, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately when an order is placed the item you have ordered is subject to availability. A lot of your stock comes from stores, and even though they have stock takes they sometimes have discrepancies. Our orders are also quality checked before sending out to a customer, so if the item in store is not up to standard or is ex-display we will not send it out for an order. On the website we do have a stock buffer to help prevent these situations, however unfortunately out of stock issues do sometimes occur. “Cool shoes especially for that price. With a bit disappointed as some suede already came out of the sole after only wearing those 3 days. Also, the size 8 is slightly too big compare to the usual 8 you can find on most high street stores. Otherwise, nice shoes, was happy with the shoe box and the individual bag for each shoes. Feels like buying some £300 shoes.”
