“From ordering to receiving my order I was very happy with the service. I did think though there might have been some offers for a first time customer i.e free delivery at some of the competitive websites offer but other than than v happy. sorry I had selected the wrong rating it should have been very good.”

If you had contacted us we would have been able to offer a free returns label so that you would not have had to pay for your return. If you could please send us a copy of your postage receipt to enquiries@danielfootwear.co.uk we will be able to reimburse you. Your exchange was processed and sent out on Saturday you should have received an email. “It was the first time that I have purchased goods from Daniels Footwear online and I was very disappointed. Package arrived on time but with the wrong shoes enclosed although the invoice was correct. Customer Service department were very helpful, but I had to call them every day to chase up order. Finally correct goods were delivered which I am very happy with.”

“I hadn't heard of Daniel Footwear before and that makes me suspicious. I tend to only shop online with well-known brands. However, they provided some great products and offers, so I did some research and read reviews and found out they are a registered stockist of designer products and also have their own brand products. My first designer order was delayed (by the courier, not by Daniel Footwear) and when I contacted Daniel Footwear about this their customer service department looked into it and sent my purchase out via next day delivery (obviously another similar item as the one they originally sent was held up by the courier). I received it the next day and I was truly delighted with it! My second purchase has also arrived within a few days and is lovely! This time it was a Daniel Footwear own brand item I ordered and I am very pleased. There are lots of lovely, inviting products on their website and I keep browsing! I have already recommended to friends, and hope this review enables others to trust them and realise that they are a trustworthy brand and stockist.”

“I have recently purchased two pairs of shoes from Daniels and having never heard of them until very recently will now be using them as my go-to site for designer footwear. “Gorgeous shoes of a very high quality, and exactly as described and shown online. They arrived very quickly and would have been a very welcome addition to my shoe collection as they were just what I was looking for. They were a great price too! Sadly, they were a little too snug for me, and the next size up was unfortunately out of stock. Therefore returned asap and now awaiting a refund, which I'm sure will be any day now. Would definitely recommend both the shoes and the order/delivery service. I'm confident the refund process will be swift and hassle-free.”

“Unfortunately with regret I haven't endured a very good first experience ordering goods via yourself. Firstly the goods got delivered promptly, that is the only good point! On receipt of the goods 2 odd shoes had been delivered. These were sent back special delivery at more expence to myself for your companies mistake. I have produced information confirming the return has been delivered to your warehouse. I am now being asked to send my only proof of return to yourselves which as you can imagine I am reluctant to do as you are also asking for the original copy, which would leave me with no proof of sending the item back. If anyone can help resolve this issue to reverse my bad experience would be much appreciated.”

Dear Joseph, Sorry to hear that you have not found your shopping experience with us a good one, For any problems that customers experience like you did, receiving an odd pair or similar, usually a royal mail prepaid returns label would be sent through when we are first made aware of the issue. If the customer has already returned the item, then if we can obtain a copy of the proof of postage, we are able to refund the amount for them. I believe that the latter option was the case with yourself and a refund of the postage is being made. Unfortunately, when customers pay for their own returns, as was the case with your own, we cannot guarantee that they have always gone to the correct address, which is why we require a copy of the receipt so that we can clearly see the royal mail tracking bar code and the destination postcode for the parcel. Obtaining this information means that we are then able to refund the items. We do only need a copy of the receipt, and apologies if this was not made clear to you, I believe that your return should now have been processed and also a refund for you postage should be forthcoming also. Once again, apologies that you have found your shopping experience so troublesome, and i hope that in future you will not come across the same kind of problems.
