“The shoes were quite expensive even as a sale item, I ordered them anyway to see what they looked like with a view to return them. The product came beautifully packaged and quite prompt. I own alot of wedge sandals and these wedges cannot compare with the other shoes I own. They are so comfortable and versatile too.”

“Its two weeks later and regrettably I still haven't received my order. The couriers at first said that my post code was incorrect and secondly, then mis laid it. Laura from customer services has been brilliant but I am starting to feel that my summer sandals won't be used given how long its taken for them to arrive (still not received). Hugely disappointing as its my first time shopping with you.”

“The shoes were what I expected, but the delivery was far from that. The correct address was on Daniels paperwork but the incorrect address was on the label of the package, how could that happen?? It took two phone calls to sort it out which was an extra cost plus time and aggravation. I hope this is not your norm. First time customer.....”

Dear Susan, Thank you for your review. The address should not have been wrong on the label as they are inputted by hand directly from the invoice. This error happened within our warehouse so please be assured that the issue has been escalated. This is not something that happen frequently. I will refund your postage for you now. As your purchase was on offer where you had to pay postage only, the item you have received is now free of charge. I hope this is ok for you and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
