“Disappointing as my order was cancelled by yourselves, as the boots I ordered where out of stock even though I was able to purchase on your website. On a positive note the refund was issued immediately and was paid straight back into my account. Thanks”

“I placed an order for some boots and the next day recieved a call to say the boots I had ordered didn't have insoles. I said I really wanted the boots and asked if they could find some insoles but unfortunately nobody got back to me other than receiving an email to say my refund had been done. I then went back on your website 24 hours later and the boots are still showing available which is very annoying so unfortunately I am disappointed with the service I received as it is not thorough enough. Thank you.”

“Apart from being delivered in an oversized but beautiful Ugg box the hat is really nice and warm, it covers my ears which I love in the colder months!! Delivery was quite fast as well!! Very impressed by it all!!”
