“Ordered my item 4th October a week later still not received it. Poor delivery service, bad customer service and paid for item I haven't got and no one can help locate it!”

“Very quick,efficient service.I'm really happy with the fit flop sandals. They are extremely comfortable and excellent quality.More importantly they are great value, Daniel's Footwear beat all the other competitor's by a long way.”

“I bought a pair of knee high platform 4.5" high, leather black boots they have two buckles on the side and they zip up, I have to say they look amazing and very comfortable. very pleased because I got them in the sale & truly very reasonable price. I would have still got them at the original price it was very reasonable. One thing whcih I was diappointed with is that when they arrived they had a sticker with the sale price which was £11 less than what I did pay. I wanted to buy another pair of ankle boots hence I would rather go to the store & compair the prices. Other than that it was the first time I buy from Daniel, I am a fan of Russell & Bromley also LK Bennett, but from now on I think I will check Daniel first.”

“Gorgeous shoes (which I now don't have anyway, no shoes and out of pocket) shockingly bad customer service. I ordered a pair of boots, they were delivered very quicky, no complaints here. They were lovely, just what I wanted but a size too big, my own fault, should have gone for a smaller size. I sent them back, didn't have the prepaid return label so sent them first class. I was very impressed that the replacement was delivered just a few days later. It was the same pair of boots though, same size. Obviously a rushed job, still with a post-it note attached to them "exchange, send new pair first class". Granted, it was sent first class, just not a new pair. These things happen, at least this time I got the prepaid label. I sent the shoes back. This was in the beginning of August. I've not heard since. No boots either. I called the customer service line 5 times now, every person I spoke to promised me a call back which never happened. I callec again mid September, they were a £100 boots so was still hoping to get somewhere with this. By then I had lost the postage receipt (which nobody wanted from me when I was calling 4 times before). I'm really not impressed, it put me off online shopping completely.”

“Very quick service. Although my Frye Veronica shortie boots (my normal size ordered) were too small when delivered, a more accurate size guide would have been helpful on the website . After contacting customer services with this issue there was no quibble and a free returns provided immediately. This would definitely encourage me to shop with Daniel Footwear again.”

“I ordered a pair of Jack Jones suede deck shoes in a size 12 but was sent one size 12 and one size 7! I called to arrange a return and was told that I would have to first send back the faulty order and provide evidence of the recorded delivery before I would be sent a replacement! I was not able to do this during my week of 12hr shifts before the weekend at which point I need these shoes! I am still waiting on the promised call back to arrange alternative arrangements! I am frustrated that a mistake like this can happen in the first place and even more annoyed that the onus is on me to sort your mistake! Please hurry and sort this appalling example of customer service.”

“I received the shoes within 48 hours and the box was beautifully wrapped. They were slightly more expensive than in my local shop -which did not have the colour I wanted- but I suppose one pays for the delivery and the free return in case of the unsuitability of the product. As it is not easy to find shops which stock K&S shoes, I would not hesitate to order from Daniel Footwear again.”

“I am very dissapointed with your service. I bought a pair of shoes of Michael Kors of the size 39, and i received the 39 1/2. When i wrote you for a change or reimburse you told me that as i had bought it on sales I had to pay the post back. So for me it is too much unconfortable and messy to go to the post,pay again and, wait for your answer. I will never again buy you in wour web and i will not recommend you.”
