“I was really excited when I got some wedges in the sale but when I tried them on the strap at the back was too low and didnt support my foot which wasnt because they were too big but poorly designed. Disappointing.”

“This is the first time I have bought online. I found the website very easy to follow. I could see all the information I needed on the Fly London boots. I was nervous about buying from New Zealand and was amazed how I could watch where my boots were during the shipping and they arrived at my front door this morning, 7 days after I purchased them. Great service. Thank you”

“The service was fantastic. The boots arrived well packaged and protected and arrived quickly after ordering. Although i didnt keep them, which was no fault of Daniel footwear (unwanted gift), the return was easy peasy and the money was credited back to my account shortly after receipt of retun was notified to me. Communications were frequent and informative all the way through the processes. Would definitely recommend and will definitely buy fron them again”

“Shoes doesn't look as they are discribed. First of all, they look as they are already worn. Also, on the right shoes is missing a gold branded hardware on leather bow. I would like to sent you an image if it's possible. I dont won't to send back shoes because on their site there is no other product of these kind. I ask them at least to send me those part which is missing, but they want to get back item for inspection. On my opinion, there is nothing to inspect, all is visibly on the photo I sent them. I must say that I'm very disappointed because it was my first experience with shopping"on line". And I would say the last one.”

“Did not receive order. Was in stock when I ordered then was told 4 days later that the stock was 'too damaged to sell' I was told I could not judge that myself as the stock was 'sent back' to wherever it came from. Lady I spoke to on Customer Services was very nice and apologetic, but will never be shopping with Daniel Footwear again, and will never be recommending.”

“Even though the wrong size was sent in the product that I ordered, I made a quick phone call, and the lady on the other end went out of her way to make sure that the correct size was going to be sent and my postage refunded and free returns I cannot say thank you enough.”

“Unfortunately this phone/purse is not suitable for most modern mobile phones as it is too small. It will not hold an iPhone 6”

“Shoes were delivered in a damaged box, one shoe was wrapped perfectly, the other had clearly been an ex display. There was no attempt to wrap it, it was loose in the box with no protective cover or insert. The heel was scratched in 2 places. I phoned customer services, dismissive & unhelpful. Returned shoes to Loughton branch where staff were v helpful as usual on 10th September. Still awaiting confirmation of refund 20 days later from Head Office despite emailing them.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes and was told delivery would be 2 - 4 days. By the third day they had not arrived and on the 4th day I checked my inbox only to be told that the item was no longer in stock and a refund had been made. I really feel that it should not take that long to tell me the item was out of stock. I wanted these shoes for a special occasion and was unable to order them in time from anywhere else - so sorry I have to give a poor rating on this occasion. I was offered a 10% discount on future orders but really would rather have had the shoes in the first place or at least been notified sooner. 10% is neither here nor there!!!”
