“The boots are really lovely &a good fit, I'm a size 5. I saw these boots in the shop but they had glue marks on the front so ordered online which was great & easy. These boots also have some marks on but not as bad as in the shop! I love them so keeping them.”

“The sandals I ordered were not to my liking when they arrived but I sent them back and was refunded the cost. No problems.”

“Very disappointed with the service as one item was missing from our order and we had to ring every day for a week to get them delivered in time for our wedding .just kept being told that the item has been put out for delivery and we would get it the next day , a week later we got the delivery.just be honest and say what is really going on”

“Love my new boots, great quality as you would expect from Ugg. Had to order a bigger size though and rang Daniel Footwear to get a replacement - amazing customer service and I received them the next day. Will definitely use this site again.”

“Even though the quality of shoe was great the size was too big...we returned them for a smaller size and all we have heard so far is that we have been updated? ?? Whatever that is referring to??? I've never had problems and delays like this with any other company so BEWARE if like us you need your shoes for an occasion:(”

“Ordered some dkny varsity trainers for my wife for her birthday on Friday ,but then got a email on Tuesday saying I've been refunded!!!! I emailed twice to try understand why But still No explanation??? I shall not be using Daniel footware again with appalling service like this!! Regards Paul Newton”

“I paid for two pairs of shoes and online was delivered although the despatch note mentioned both. When I chased the second pair I didn't receive a response to my email. I then did online chat and was advised they weren't in stock and asked if I'd like a refund (not sure what would have happened had I not asked). I was told that the refund was done immediately but it didn't appear that day and I didn't receive a response to my email chasing this either. I then received another despatch notification and when I queried this I was told it was in respect of the shoes that weren't in stock which made no sense. I was told that the shoes I'd already received would be with my the end of the week and I then received a further despatch notification. Basically, a simple order has ended up being far too complex.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, paying an additional charge for next day delivery, they arrived four days later. I have returned the shoes without opening the box and await a full refund, including the delivery charge.”

“I received my second order from the Daniel Footwear website - the boots I ordered came as follows: Left foot size 36 (as ordered) and right foot size 39. This is a slight improvement on the first time I ordered when I received the wrong boots altogether. I also wrote to the Help email address and to date have still not received any response. Your staff in the Mill Hill shop were very helpful and apologetic though the mistake was not of their making.”

“Assured delivery would be on Friday before I placed order to then be emailed at end of day to say it wouldn't called and found Chloe unhelpful then called again and spoke to man who sorted delivery for Saturday so I had to give birthday gift late”
