“Ordered a backpack they sent me a make up bag which was a quarter of the size and fraction of the price. It took a while trying to return the incorrect item in the mean time they sold out of the item I wanted. Very disappointing especially as it was my first time ordering from them.”

“Although im quite pleased with my purchase it came delivered in a plastic bag and being a very soft leather handbag was rather squashed I had to really stuff the bag out for a few days to get rid of creasesi think this could easily be rectified by being boxed also it had the sale tickets on so had clearly just been taken off the shop floor as was also a little dusty i just think when you are buying high end designer items regardless of being in the sale these small things make a difference”

“I purchased a pair of shoes in the sale and online it stated to order a size smaller as they were bigger sized. So I did. When they turned up they were too small. I then called customer service and we agreed to exchange at gun wharf. I travelled all the way there via hover boat to find the shop had closed down 2 months prior . Angrily, I rang again. Then a week or so later I received free postage to exchange. Two weeks later they sent me the same bloody size back again. I rang again. I was promised a Friday delivery with a pick up of others at the same time as these shoes were to go with a dress for a wedding . After all this stress I still haven't got the bloody shoes. I want compensation”

“Ralph Lauren loafers - nicely boxed and wrapped on delivery. delivered on specified date, excellent. Great fit size 4 perfect! Will definitely be shopping on this site again, and having a sale or discount offers is very encouraging!”

“I bought a pair of boots a month ago. When they arrived it was shock to the system - one boot was size 39 (right foot) and another boot was size 40 (left)! I tried to call number of times to Daniel Footwear's Customer service. They promised to resent the correct pair but it has been 3 weeks and nothing has been done about it. Just shocking. I am still awaiting the solution to this.”

“The initial email response, dispatch, packaging and delivery was very prompt and efficient. For this, I score a very good. Communication was fabulous throughout this process! Unfortunately, the shoes were unsuitable, so I sent them back. I think the company could/should acknowledge that they received the goods back and informed me if/when the refund had been made. For this, I score Poor in terms of communication.”

“Very very disappointed with Danial Foptwear and its customer service. I was dealt with the most unexperienced staff and the item ordered was firstly wrongly sent and when corrected it had some of its contents missing. I will not be ordering from this site ever again, previously a happy customer now I will go elsewhere”
