“Sent wrong item and had to return to shop, no customer services desk so had to use payment tills, staff very helpful and reordered correct item only to receive email later on to say it was now no longer available. Other items bought were OK and there was a good selection of gods in the shop and online. Apart from one item still pleased.”
“Good website and speedy delivery to store. Store assistant very helpful and the item was exactly as described on the web site. Returns are simple with money refund and not credit notes as in some stores”
