"Bought a mini fridge it came damaged unusable. Took Debenhams weeks to come take it away. Now another month down the line and I\u2019ve still no refund of \u00a3123.00 its a joke. I\u2019ve sent them all the proof of the damaged fridge and proof of it getting returned to there warehouse yet I\u2019ve still no refund. Customer service is a joke. You can speak to anyone. Will nit be buying anything from them again."

"I will not be using Debenhams again. There customer service is terrible,. They can not be contacted, takes forever,. They can't keep to There police and after. A faulty item returned. Because unable to contact them. I'm charged 1.99 ..yet they owe me a refund almost a month tried to get refunded. Terrible worse service. Wouldn't use them again or advise anyone. Too. Because if you need to find...get hold of customer service. You can't no numbers etc."

"Still not refunded for the items I never received! No replies to emails and WhatsApp and messenger there\u2019s no point. Ai replies back with the same things and when an actual advisor replies it\u2019s short and useless, telling me exactly what the ai said.\r\n\r\nI\u2019ve already requested a charge back, they said it\u2019ll be in the account within 19 days!!! I never even received the item so it was not even classed as a return!"

"I\u2019m very disappointed with my recent experience at Debenhams. I purchased retinol oil, PSA Midnight Courage, but they sent me one that was over a year out of date. This is completely unacceptable, as expired skincare products can cause irritation or other issues. It shows a lack of care and quality control. I would not recommend shopping with them based on this experience."
