“Bought myself the Rockrider 520 mountain bike , I am very pleased with the bike so far and have spent a lot of time in the saddle overall the bike is solid and a good buy for anyone who want's to get into mountain biking on a budget ,good piece of kit for the money the only negative for me was the bike was reduced by £80 pounds while in transit to me Timing !!!!!! ahhhh.”

“I am extremely disappointed with Decathlon. The bike that I bought does not meet the standard that I was expecting at all. And on the other hand, I decide to buy in your business because is a multinational company and so i can find pieces for my bike everywhere in the world. A few weeks ago I need new screws and there were not available in your store. SHOCKING! On the other hand, the plastic chain of my bike does not work fine and it goes out very often, I am furious. i would really appreciate if you fix all this mess, if you want me to have as a customer in the future. Kind Regards,”

“This was the first time I'd used Decathlon, although I'd heard good things about them. Product I bought - urban cycling jacket - was a first class item, I actually ordered a second one as well; fast service, prompt delivery, quality goods at a competitive and value for money price. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.”

“Ordered layers, base layer and shell. This was the only place I could find 2xL and I am a size 20, they fit brilliantly, not tight, not loose. Thank you Decathlon for recognising that size is not related to desire to exercise. The quality is very very good, with good cut and styling. My very slim daughter paid almost three times what I did and was envious of what I was wearing!!!!”
