“I was very disappointed when my order arrived. The scrolls were as if they were two different pieces. There was no way for them to be used together. The finish on each were completely different. Customer service said it would be at my cost to return and acted as if they just didn’t “match my decor” instead of being something that couldn’t be used because of bad workmanship on the product!”

“Update: My set of two revolving wall hooks. The first one was broken and Decor Steals issued a refund within days of my request. When I went to hang the 2nd hook, it was clear that while it was solid, it was decidedly off-center, which I had not noticed, and limits its usefulness. When my initial review was seen by Decor Steals, they took it upon themselves to refund me the rest of my order. I am very pleased with such a happy resolution.”

“Absolutely love it. Bought the long wall sconce x 2 to go each side of mirror in the entry hall. Bought this and making a custom backboard to stain white to mount it to for guest coats. Matches amazingly, so delighted. Will post pictures when done. Whole house remodel, so much purchased as design elements from Decor steals, to blend with repurposed Craig list finds and proper antiques. All packed away presently as we started 6 years ago and hubby got cancer and our medical issues put everything on hold. Very fixed low income means we could hire people. After having lived downstairs out of boxes hoping with savings and a claim to get this finally finished. Many things I would have loved, but couldn't afford so had to choose pieces that accentuated areas, made a statement, and can't wait to see if I reached my dream.”

“I absolutely love the looks of these containers. I had an issue with this order and Decor Steals dealt with it in record time and with exceptional integrity. Well done! I’ve enclosed a few pictures of what I’ve purchase over the last year. This is only half of my laundry room. I’m still working on the other half with more decor steals items! “I received my tier try in a timely manner. I waited a few days before opening the box. I found one of the trays the wood was chipped. I didn’t call because packing slip said you had to report within 24 hours.”

“Cute planters but I thought they were terra cotta. I misunderstood the metal aspect. I thought just the stands were metal. Good size and a good value.”
