“I bought a lamp that came in a box that was dented with holes all over with the lamp completely broken. I filled out the damaged claim online and sent pictures. Decor Steals responded within 24 or so hours and offered a full refund or a new lamp. I have yet to receive my lamp so I can’t review how I like it yet but I can say their customer service is excellent!”

“We are loving the Wall Wood Clock! It’s very Unique! I haven’t seen anything like it and I have been shopping online and in stores for that right piece for Kitchen Wall! However it does have a few markings and sings in it not sure if it is part of the wood. We haven’t had a chance to hang as of yet or I would include a photo.”

“I got the Fall Steal-it Box and was beyond impressed. I bought it for the small table which was worth the $125 but love all the extras. This is not a little decor box. It's truly a whole home decor box. From the lanterns to the large pumpkin sign to the fabric pumpkins and just so much more. I am currently using 80% of the items included. Three of those items can be used all year long (and will be in my home). My only complaint would be the frequency of emails not related to my order. I order at the beginning of August and it arrived by the end of the month. I got the initial order confirmation and then nothing but emails about deal items. I had to email customer service to get shipping info. They were prompt and very courteous. I am waiting for spoilers to see if the Winter Steal-it box will be worth the investment. While I love the Fall 2022 aesthetic, I was not a big fan of Winter 2021. I know each season is different and can't wait to see what's in the next box. :)”

“Was disappointed to see it is less sturdy than I envisioned. Even though the hooks are metal, this will only hold a few light jackets and a small purse. It indicates 20lbs in the description and it has a keyhole hanger which is at the top. I had to drill a hole in the bottom part of the board to keep it from moving sideways and scraping the wall. Was very disappointed to see a sticker on the back reflecting “Made in China.” Would not of purchased had I known it’s origin. Was contacted to change to my review since it holds 20lbs so I referenced that in this review.”

“Packaging was awful and portion of the top shelf was damaged. Jigsaw required to shave the side of the bottom shelf to make it fit within the frame. Instructions were seriously lacking. I will never order from this company again!!!”
