“I ordered two of the iron ring candle holders. The veneer on one of the holders was bubbling and peeling off. The other holder arrived broken. VERY dissatisfied with both, especially for the price paid for them.”

“Most of the box I loved. The one piece I was most excited about though, was a disappointment. The 3 tiered wood look piece, once I put it together, is lopsided and tilts. It would be difficult to display on it as things would fall off. We are trying to figure out a way to correct it but haven't so far. It also had some chips out of the "wood".”

“The first one I received was damaged with a small crack in the hurricane glass, I was disappointed but contacted the help center which promptly sent out a replacement. I am very pleased with the product and the quick response to rectify the damaged one. It is beautiful and fits well in the space. Thank you.”
