“I received my order and I’m delighted with the product! The delivery was delayed but it was NO FAULT of Decor Steals nor the service they use. Right now almost everything going through certain hubs gets delayed. Been very pleased with my items from here: the round serving trays, the framed full length mirror and iron candle sticks. Highly recommend this shop! Customer service is excellent too. Very personable.”

“Purchased the Galvanized metal Roman Numeral Clock. It does not work. So I gave the rating as 1 Pretty clock but no good if it does not work. Customer care receives 5 stars. After reaching out to decor steals they promptly offered to replace the clock or refund my account for the damaged clock. Excellent customer service. Please do not hesitate ordering from this company. I have received many beautiful items that I enjoy every day.”

“Received some great stuff, but multiple items NEVER RECEIVED!!! Completed MULTIPLE order status inquiry emails NO RESPONSES. Money has been paid and removed from my bank account. Ordering is risky!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!”
