I received the winter box and one item was damaged. I sent in a request and have not heard back. It was going to be a gift for Xmas so now not sure what they will do. I liked all other items just not sure if I will do the secret box again just like to pick my own things. Hoping to hear back on the damaged item. That will determine if I order again from Decor steals.

Waited 7 weeks for my Holiday steal box. Arrived 3 days before Christmas. Contacted company 3 times by phone and numerous email. No one responded. I had then purchased decor to replace what I had ordered and didn’t show up. I’m done with this company.

I do like the cart. It is good quality for the price, but it was packed like someone returned it. Everything just thrown in the box and a few nicks.

Cute wagon. Doesn’t roll that well but that’s ok. I only received 3 of 4 needed screws and was told they don’t have extra. I was refunded some of price for their mistake. I made it work.

I had already decorated gifted two items was disappointed over all.The threw was nice . The wreath looked cheap i did not care for the deer

Customer service is terrible! They take days to respond to emails & skate around the issues, never really resolving the problem. I am not sure they even read my email on the winter box problem. Disappointed & finally gave up. Unlikely to order again. :(

The iron deer are beautiful. The throw is adorable. The Winter Village is a piece of junk! The connector holes are not cut large enough for the connector to fit. I've even tried to super glue. It'll probably end up in the trash. So disappointing!
