My stool legs was wet and my box had a horrible odor. There was some splintering on the legs as well. I feel like it was rushed. Although I was overall happy with my box, my boot tray was even a little warped and my husband had to bend it back flat. The value of the items listed is not accurate either I feel like.

Wish they would of been just plan black , which I will prob paint. Hardware was not included. Otherwise I like them.

I received my tier try in a timely manner. I waited a few days before opening the box. I found one of the trays the wood was chipped. I didn’t call because packing slip said you had to report within 24 hours.

Cute planters but I thought they were terra cotta. I misunderstood the metal aspect. I thought just the stands were metal. Good size and a good value.

A bit disappointed. Color was VERY washed out- I knew it would be some but it was almost bare wood. The lid does not align well on one side and I can't get it to seat better. Liked the size and shape.

I rated this a 3, but it is in between a 2-3. When I bought this, I thought it include the light and not just the pulley system to put them on.

I have a few family parties the first week in April and decided it was the perfect time to try a steal it box. When purchased it was to ship the first week in March. Supply chain and shipping issues have been blamed for the delay despite my Feb 26th order and “influencers” receiving their packages. I ended up canceling March 14th after being notified it wouldn’t ship till April. The items shown would of been per perfect for my needs but the time line didn’t pan out. I’m disappointed that they didn’t have the boxes ready to go before selling them. They should of been boxed, and only needing shipping labels. For that reason it deserves a one star. Customer service has been great, and in good conscious I can’t leave a one star for that reason. A refund was issued for a breach in the agreed shipping. The refund hasn’t posted to my bank yet but I’m assuming it will. If it doesn’t I’ll update my review. For great customer service I bumped my rating to a 3 star.

We put a lot of heart and soul into the box, and there is nothing more that we want than for you to get your box to enjoy it. Very cute but not a really functional lamp. When I read LED bulb, I expected it to be bright. It only casts a dim amber light.

My 3 star review is not necessarily the item it self. It’s the advertisement. I thought I was getting the lights that are pictured in all the pics with the pulleys. So I’m disappointed at the fact that there was no lights just the pulleys. Even the measurements pic had light cords going through the pulleys so in my mind they were part of the “system”. Now I have pulleys and no lights. Kind of defeats the purpose. The ones pictured were why I bought the system. Now, shopping other sites I can’t find those kind of lights anywhere. I feel like your pictures are over staged and it’s hard to know exactly what your getting. Especially in this case.

Delivery time is long….sigh. It’s been close to 15 days and no email about shipping. To be fair, it does say “usually ships within 15 days” still a long wait for a $5 shipping charge. Items I’ve received are par quality. You’re better off thrifting real vintage items.

It is cute, but rather flimsy for the price. It enabled me to neaten up the top of a peace of furniture but I wouldn’t buy again. The idea is a good one though.

As a first time buyer from Decor Steals I am very disappointed in the product I received. As others have reported, the color was not as represented on the picture and the top piece was definitely warped and looks awful. I am also disappointed that I cannot exchange it but because of other reviews I see, I would be afraid of getting another with the same problems. Decor Steals was very quick to reach out to me in regard the damaged product I received. They were quick to help resolve the problem. I very much like the lantern, especially the arched windows. I was happy with their customer service.
