I have a few family parties the first week in April and decided it was the perfect time to try a steal it box. When purchased it was to ship the first week in March. Supply chain and shipping issues have been blamed for the delay despite my Feb 26th order and “influencers” receiving their packages. I ended up canceling March 14th after being notified it wouldn’t ship till April. The items shown would of been per perfect for my needs but the time line didn’t pan out. I’m disappointed that they didn’t have the boxes ready to go before selling them. They should of been boxed, and only needing shipping labels. For that reason it deserves a one star. Customer service has been great, and in good conscious I can’t leave a one star for that reason. A refund was issued for a breach in the agreed shipping. The refund hasn’t posted to my bank yet but I’m assuming it will. If it doesn’t I’ll update my review. For great customer service I bumped my rating to a 3 star.
