“As a first time buyer from Decor Steals I am very disappointed in the product I received. As others have reported, the color was not as represented on the picture and the top piece was definitely warped and looks awful. I am also disappointed that I cannot exchange it but because of other reviews I see, I would be afraid of getting another with the same problems. Decor Steals was very quick to reach out to me in regard the damaged product I received. They were quick to help resolve the problem. I very much like the lantern, especially the arched windows. I was happy with their customer service.”

“I love the look of these chalkboards. They are well made but thinner than I thought they’d be, which isn’t a bad thing because they can be easily hung. I’m disappointed in the quality of the chalkboard. It isn’t really usable—we used real chalk on it, not paint or markers, but when we erased it the board rubbed off. The pictures show it being used as a chalkboard so I had expected better quality than what I got. Overall they make a cute decoration but it’s good to know and I wish I’d know before purchase.”

“These pieces were a little rougher than What I thought & pretty dirty. I don’t believe I’d use them around food but they are cute in the floor as plant risers. Still looking for a use for the smallest one”

“What I've received was great. What has been missing/ unable to be located has resulted in partial refunds, email tag games, and overall lack of communication. I'm wondering if posting if a less than stellar review will prompt them to actually call a customer and have a conversation about the multiple issues that they don't seem to be able to resolve with the email/ reindeer games....”

“Your items are so nice and not found in all the stores in town. The items however are damaged most of the time. the laundry bin lid is wooden and was cracked in half on this order. No one followed up on my email, but we just wood glued it back together.”

“I was so excited to receive my first box. The wreath does have that real feel to it, but it’s hard to hide the power box to it. I wish it had a timer on it as well, but I do love how it looks!! I thought there were 2 reindeer in the pack, but I only received 1. It is well made and heavy. Perfect addition to a winter scene I have in my living room. I did not set up the wooden village as I received my box after Christmas, but looking forward to seeing it together next year. My blanket is beautiful but mine arrived with an area that is not stitched well so I can’t really display that part. I folded it so it’s not visible and places or on my blanket ladder. I was hoping to display it on one of my couches.”
