“Very disappointed with the quality of products in the last two steal boxes. Don’t even get me started on the ‘Wood’ tiered display. Cheesy! I was trying to be understanding about the shipping delay for Christmas. But my boxes arrived the week of Christmas. Decor Steals did not offer a discount on future purchase or a refund of any sort. As a customer for over 4 years that shared your site with numerous friends, I am very disappointed!”

“Most of the items in the winter box were awesome. However, the wood cut-out village was not made well. We watched video and read instructions several times but the wood tabs that hold the front to back did not fit in the holes… could not use😒. Disappointing”

“Cute wagon. Doesn’t roll that well but that’s ok. I only received 3 of 4 needed screws and was told they don’t have extra. I was refunded some of price for their mistake. I made it work.”

“I really liked my beggars purse but the handle was not as pictured. It was a chain instead of wrought iron as shown which I would have preferred. Description mentioned wood may vary but no mention the handle would. Just wanted to tell you that maybe it would be helpful to explain the options and the origin as others were inquiring about in their questions. Thank you for offering these beautiful pieces!”
