“I haven’t known about this company for that long, but I have already made many great purchases. The blanket ladder, a cabinet and a cart. I have also gotten the fall 2021 & winter 2021 steal it boxes as well as the spring 2022. It’s a toss up between the fall and the winter ones as to which had been my favorite so far, but the new spring box did not disappoint and the sheer size of it is pretty impressive! Some of the things I received in the steal it boxes I never even knew that I wanted until I received them. You guys definitely hit the nail on the head every time. I wish I had a crafty knack for decorating but I really don’t: I will take all the help I can get and when people come over and see it decorated seasonally in our home they always compliment just about everything. Your steal it boxes really are a steal because it looks like I had a stylist come over and do the decorating and that to me is priceless! The only bad thing I can say about this company is that I will probably go broke because it’s too hard to resist. Well done decor steals!”

“I have a few family parties the first week in April and decided it was the perfect time to try a steal it box. When purchased it was to ship the first week in March. Supply chain and shipping issues have been blamed for the delay despite my Feb 26th order and “influencers” receiving their packages. I ended up canceling March 14th after being notified it wouldn’t ship till April. The items shown would of been per perfect for my needs but the time line didn’t pan out. I’m disappointed that they didn’t have the boxes ready to go before selling them. They should of been boxed, and only needing shipping labels. For that reason it deserves a one star. Customer service has been great, and in good conscious I can’t leave a one star for that reason. A refund was issued for a breach in the agreed shipping. The refund hasn’t posted to my bank yet but I’m assuming it will. If it doesn’t I’ll update my review. For great customer service I bumped my rating to a 3 star.”

Hi Esther, Thank you for your review. We did build in contingencies for delays, but unfortunately we are in an unprecedented time dealing with supply chain challenges. We put a lot of heart and soul into the box, and there is nothing more that we want than for you to get your box to enjoy it. We are again building in contingency with the new estimated ship date, but we will get the boxes out as soon as they arrive. We see your refund has processed on our end. “I ordered a clock from Decor Steals. I was so excited to get the clock but when I opened it the clock was damaged. I tried to repair it but unfortunately, it was not repairable. I notified Decor Steals by e-mail and they immediately sent me a response back and are sending me a new clock. I appreciate the quick response and I know these things happen with damages happening in transit. Thank you for being quick to respond and hopefully, the new clock will be just what I was hoping for. Thank you Decor steals for correcting things so quickly. I have and will continue to recommend Decor steals to my family and friends.”
