“This is a great idea, but the paints are truly the lowest quality I’ve seen included with any paint by numbers kit!!! Disappointing and will need to go out and get different paint”

“The glass in the frames were broken upon delivery, I'm sure it was doe to FedEx in our area, I emailed Decor Steals about it amd they replied within the hour and refunded me for my order. I am happy with customer service they provided, just hate my item was broken. It was as cute as I had expected it to be.”

“Part of our first Decor purchase was delivered damaged. Decor was contacted and they sent a whole new undamaged set within a week. Very happy with the response we got from the folks at Decor and we're enjoying the items.”

“I usually like the products that I buy from here, but when I took the trays out of the box, I don’t think they’re going to last too long. The smaller one already has a crack that may been made while drilling a hole for the handle. Am keeping as I don’t like sending items back, but overall, these are not good quality.”
