“Hard to review something that I never received! I am currently proceeding with disputing the charges for the decor steal box. This box was suppose to be a birthday present for an early December birthday and I still have not received it. When tracking on Fed Ex it has been going around the USA since December 13th and yet to make it to my home for delivery. Very disappointed!”

“Very disappointed with the steal it box. Bought as a gift for Christmas to my precious daughter in law and sat there while she opened. There is no way that box was worth $500 or barely $124 to be honest. The lantern was cheap and plastic. The deer were great just small. Blanket throw is thin and flimsy and the frame was tiny as well. Idk what that carved cut out wooden city turned out but it was not anything I would have fooled with. Just extremely disappointed with entire box and will not ever do that again especially as a gift to someone I love.”

“I had placed my order for the Winter Steal It Box 10/24/2021 and did not receive it until 12/24/2022 Christmas Eve at 3:35 pm, I couldn't use any decors for Christmas as I hoped to do. Sent the box back for a refund. Very disappointed in the timely manner of receiving my products.”

“Everything in the box was beautiful and really classed up my Christmas decor. The only defect I have found is a few of the pom poms fell of the afghan and the afghan is very small but still very pretty”

“I received the winter box and one item was damaged. I sent in a request and have not heard back. It was going to be a gift for Xmas so now not sure what they will do. I liked all other items just not sure if I will do the secret box again just like to pick my own things. Hoping to hear back on the damaged item. That will determine if I order again from Decor steals.”

“Absolutely disappointed in quality of items especially the House Scene. Spent 3 hours trying to put it together and it kept falling apart. To see the retail value of it was absurd! Totally felt ripped off not to mention the box didn’t come until mid December after all my decorations were put up. Will NEVER spend this kind of $ for something I have no idea of what I’m getting. Plus, sent an email stating my dissatisfaction and how the house scene didn’t work. They didn’t even give me a partial refund!”
