“I love a lot of the items that Decor Steals offers on their site. This was the second purchase I’ve made from them and I’m disappointed in the customer service! I recently purchased the whitewashed porch swing and the item broke within the first 15 minutes of use. I reached out via email with pictures attached and have not gotten a response.”

“By luck I saw an ad for this site on Facebook and looked into it. I found the perfect piece I was looking for to compliment the wall above my guest room bed along with prints that I already owned. Really like this site and the interesting pieces they have. Plus they are reasonably priced!”

“They offer cute things and I’ve purchased a lot of decor items. A few times when things have arrived broken they have been very easy to work with to make things right. Packaging seems to be the biggest downfall, but that could be from the vendor. The staff is very friendly and strive to have customers pleased pleased with their purchases.”

“It arrived with 1 bird broken. There solution was to give me half my money back, but I think it would have been nicer if they offered to exchange the item!”

“This was the first box I bought. Super happy and so excited about all the gorgeous items. An excellent price for everything too. Unfortunately, to mail to the U.K. is quite pricey but the items are most definitely worth it. Can’t wait for this year’s Fall box”
