“I ordered 2 snowflakes garlands and one arrived with 2 broken snowflakes. I emailed customer service with a picture. They responded in a timely manner and offered a refund because they were sold out. I plan to use the other garland in a winter scape after Christmas.”

“I love love love the Christmas box! Putting the sled together was a challenge and I'm good at that, but a couple of holes weren't lined up. But so what! I fixed it and it's adorable!”

“Decor steals is a wonderful home decor website that offers an amazing amount of quality, beautiful products at incredibly reasonable prices. I have never had so much fun looking at my daily emails to see what the latest "steal it" deal is from them. They offer not only gorgeous products, but they offer wonderful design tips as well. “Sarah was incredible absolutely wonderful… I was in an odd predicament, I spend a lot at this beautiful boutique type store. Well my daughter lived in Portland Oregon.. I loved to send her surprises with her vibe for her new home… She lived all… She moved back home to Boston, but for some unexplained computer glitch, all my packages were going to her old address… I told Sarah that the people who are living there we’re not very happy about getting these boxes and would not bring them to UPS. So my daughter was now living in Boston I live in Boston and I could not get the packages and there was quite a few of them. Sarah spent almost 1 hour on the phone with me saying that I’ve been such a wonderful customer She reinstated all of the orders they arrived at my doorstep within about a week and we had such a wonderful conversation on the phone and she was so helpful. I’ve been an interior designer for 30 years I Botanical artist a creative being but most of all a mother so Jillian got what she needed for Her New Pl., Sarah fixed everything and was so kind so funny …. It was incredible…. I’ve been in this type of business for years commercial residential family Wellesley College she is one of the best customer service leaders I have ever spoken to kudos to you decor steals”
