“What I've received was great. What has been missing/ unable to be located has resulted in partial refunds, email tag games, and overall lack of communication. I'm wondering if posting if a less than stellar review will prompt them to actually call a customer and have a conversation about the multiple issues that they don't seem to be able to resolve with the email/ reindeer games....”

“Absolutely love this storage solution! Bought two. Using one in the kitchen for dry goods, and one in the bathroom for TP, hand towels, and tissue boxes. Uses may change over time as this is so versatile.”

“Your items are so nice and not found in all the stores in town. The items however are damaged most of the time. the laundry bin lid is wooden and was cracked in half on this order. No one followed up on my email, but we just wood glued it back together.”

“I have purchased many items and severs have arrived broken or in need of repair. They can never replace them. They do refund half of your money. I wish they would hold a few of the items to replace broken ones.”
