Then they wanted to only refund me 40 of the 70 dollars back because the item was going to cost 35 dollars to ship back. Then a dispute was filed, a refund was given. “I ordered a power supply cord for my headphones. It took from 1st of January to today, 2/4/19 to arrive. However, instead of a power cord I received some weird rubber washer. I went on line to see how to return the item and get my money back. I have no idea of what will happen now. I have now ordered it online from ebay and just want my money back. I do not plan to return the item unless I receive a return label. I don't plan to pay for their mistake.”

“DHgate is THE absolute WORST internet merchandise market I have EVER had the horror of encountering. Not only was the seller a liar and fraud, (Custom_Shop is their handle) but DHgate's Customer Service is a sick joke! There is NO customer service at all! In fact, DHgate tried to muscle my credit card company saying the problem I was having was because the guitar was held up in customs. The fact of the matter is, the guitar was NEVER SHIPPED!!!! HUH?

They received the package, and still, two months later, I have not been reimbursed, despite repeated efforts to politely remind them of this.

“Best thing to remember about this online store is that IT IS IN CHINA!!!! I've ordered a few items with success from there but remember...……………...their products are made in CHINA & are cheap for a reason. Worst part is if you ever have a problem like received damage, item not as described, etc, etc, etc you are pretty much out of luck. I would call their customer service horrendous at best. Even if you manage to get a refund they state that it takes 60 days to get credited. Better to find the same product on Ebay, pay a bit more & buy it there. At least you have some recourse.”
