DHgate customer support is adamant that it's being declined, but this has happened several times and clearly an issue on their end.”

“Terrible company. Order something was shorted almost 30 of our 140 items. Filed dispute which got me nowhere. Was finally told by the seller they would ship me the rest and 13 days have passed; no tracking given to me, no response to my messages and to make it worse customer service refuses to help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and it’s appauling they can treat a paying customer this way!!

I ordered the dress for my daughters ball 16 DAYS AGO, and I just got an email saying it just now shipped and should be here in around 7 days. Well, that’s not going to work. Her ball is in 5 days so I’m praying it gets here before hand. I will never order from this company again. It took me literally over an hour just to send a message to them the customer service site is so bad. DO NOT waist your money on this site.
