I have been trying to get my refund returned to me. My refund was put on a DH account that I do not have activated. I am supposed to figure out how to get the money back, but their system of returning the money is broken. They have no idea when it will be fixed. When they can not solve your problem, they just quit talking to you, since there aren't any phone numbers to contact them. This company has no problem with ignoring issues and finding no solution to fix the problem.

For those who are attempting to purchase from this website. Please don’t! I’ve purchased a Dress for my daughter’s 15’s pictures, we paid in full and even paid extra for the dress to come with more flowers and detail on the actual address. Once we received it the dress did not look anything like the picture that we wanted to order, we’ve attempted several times to get in contact with the manufacture. All they have done was block me from messages and never returned a brand new dress. Thank goodness I never sent the one that I received because I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have never received anything back. My daughter has been suffering because her pictures had to be canceled and the money that we paid for the dress was the only money we had for a dress. And the original page in regards to the returns and disputes, it says how you can fix that, but they were never able to help me and like I said they have blocked me and I have no way to fix this issue now. They are very unprofessional and I just want either my money back or a brand new dress that looks like the one that I originally wanted to purchase on the picture. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase anything from them they are a bunch of liars and they will take your money!

I've been "On the queue" 4X, I keep getting passed up, simple question about my order, Is there not a phone # to call???? Very frustrating!

They sent me a fake receiver, and would not refund my money after it was returned. Now I am out $130.00 and have nothing. Paypal will not help with these guys!

I ordered a mother of the bride outfit and paid €157 but is has been tracked to being delivered to San Antonio,USA. No response from dhgate or manufacture in China

I bought a dress from amartdress NEVER AGAIN! no refund my prom is soon and i never got the dress! bad communication no refund - _ - DONT TRUST THEM! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

They need to improve their customer service; which is an online chat. They never solve the problem. I went through a bitter experience with the unfriendly safety center department. They hold my money for weeks. They asked me for wild information that my bank doesn’t t issue. They almost never answered my emails. There was no one to talk on the phone. Ordered a dress for my wife. Seller asked,in very poor English,if I needed to change anything. I stated that I did,but order arrived without the changes being made. Now stuck with a dress she can't wear. DHgate.com resolution procedure very convoluted and unhelpful.Gave up eventually. Avoid this company.

They charged me 2 times for one item that was made terribly. Absolutely awlful. Wedding disaster. Do not order. The dresses look nice but are so far from what you see. Total junk.

Do not order. Terrible in every way possible. Ordered 2 wedding dresses. 400 dollars later I had 2 dresses that are so big they can't be fixed. Absolutely a disaster. Look elsewhere

Please dont order on dhgate. I am planning my wedding and have been looking for a source to order some artificial flowers. I watched some youtubers and they ordered their flowers from dhgate. After a long hesitance, I decided to order from them. My first order was such a disappointment. I order hydrangea flower heads in burgundy color. The order took a month to arrive. It was packed in a yellow box and all the flowers heads were packed tightly and squeezed in a small box. The worse thing is that the color was so off. I ordered burgundy color, even on the post the color looks burgundy. However my flowers look straight up purple violet. I contacted the seller and it took them 2 days to reply. I wanted to leave a feedback so that everyone else aware of it but I can not find that option anywhere. please be aware!!!

This is the worst page. Do not use it - if you want to get your money stolen use this page. My wife and I bought a dress for our daughter B-Day and we never got what we bought- We contacted DH.Gate and they helped the seller and not us- they extended the shipping date deadline because we had requested a refund - Shipping deadline was March.27 but because we did a refund request they extended the shipping deadline until April 2nd. they said we could not get a refund until the shipping deadline had expired- which they extended to give more time to the seller. Very dishonest don't use this page - you will lose your money trust me. dont do it don't use it - very very bad service - they take your money away and you cant do anything about it -

Do not order from this site ! I had a terrible experience. They have no client service, no response, incredibly difficult to have a dialogue, Robot runs the service. They have no "phone". Net net, I tried to order several times, they asked for credit card verification (which is truly personal data that should not be required). Regardless, I gave them the data they asked, which is my billing statement (as it is one of the choices) , and after 5 days instead of 24 hrs, they came back and said still need more data even though I gave them billing statement. They are nightmare to work with when it comes to customer service. I spent 10 hrs back and forth, and yet I could not place an order

Ordered two items and one does not work .contacted the seller and after some time got an answer that says 'send it back ''.I was only looking for a 1/2 refund and now they want me to pat shipping looks like they will try anything to stop from giving the refunds1

I bought a tenor sax and it was a fake.The pictures were the only thing real and you can never get to customer service. Why doesn't the us government allow this misrepresentation.?

I did not receive item that I purchased from seller. Contacted dhgate and still was not refunded my money. Over $200 gone. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with them. Terrible company and I recommend people to stay away from them if they dont want to be robbed without a gun. Bad business. VERY bad business

I ordered a Dyson Hairdryer & paid $209.00. It arrived looking nice, but only heated to 170 degrees. I know this because I bought an Infrared Thermometer to prove my case of it not working correctly. Also, when you switched it to setting 3, it is supposed to get hotter, but instead it turned the air cooler. I did everything they asked. Sending in pictures and a video using the thermometer to show it only heating to 170 degrees when a less expensive Chi hairdryer heated to 360 degrees. I still have not been able to talk to a person after at least 30 emails. The seller offered a discount of $40, but what good is that if the hair dryer doesn't work or dry my hair. Don't learn the hard way like I did. Avoid DHGate no matter how sweet the deal seems. You'll be sorry if you do!
