“THIEVES!! THIEVES!!! There was no doubt what I ordered, it was printed in huge text on the enclosed order slip. I got something entirely different, Thief Seller claimed I'd approved it. DHgate's customer service agreed with their Thief. What I got was fourth-rate junk, I sent pictures confirming that. DHgate agreed with their Thief. IF YOU WANT TO ORDER FROM THEM, THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE CAN INSTEAD. THAT WAY YOU'LL AVOID THE 45 DAY DELAY IN GETTING NOTHING YOU CAN USE”

“THIEVES! What I ordered and paid for was plainly written on the shipping order I received. The thief merchant claimed I actually wanted something else. DHgate agreed with him, I certainly did. The product was definitely and visibly not what I ordered. DHgate's customer complaint group, thieves working for a company that steals, agreed with their seller, of course it was. DON'T EVER BUY FROM DHgate, they're all THIEVES!”

“I joined DHgate and ordered my button up men’s singlets $70 aud. The order was on its way after payement on the 20th feb 2019 with a delivery time of 20days max. No parcel has been delivered. Dhgate gave a tracking number which diverts directly to a Chinese courier which is written in Chinese. I have email this scam site 6 times asking for a full refund but no reply has been sent. WARNING save your self the pain and suffering and do not use dhgate... another Chinese scam.. TYPICAL!”

“I will never shop on DHgate again!! This site is terrible. Needing a second wedding dress for my reception, I decided to order here. I ordered it over a month ago and have yet to receive it. Also I didn’t realize that u had to register to the website first especially if u want to track your shipping. When I tried to contact someone regarding the matter I never got a response. This website is a scam. Never again!”

“My order was not sent no phone reps. Cost me money. Not reliable. Would not recommend to anyone. Someone should sue. You keep my silver coins. We should know better than to deal with out of U.S.A. merchandise. Ill be back with reviews tomorrow.”

“Worst company ever. Should be shut down. Future wife bought a dress and it was shocking, sent it back and the run around to get the money back is appalling. Still haven't got money back to this day after 12 months of toing and froing. Says on the front page when you google DHgate "get the quality and service you deserve". Isn't that a joke and the biggest lie.”

“Sizes are not America sizes. Bought a size medium and it was small enough to fit a 12 year old kid!! Also the materials are cheap and poorly sewn. You could see the stitching. Looked like a amateur sewed these dresses. I will never purchase from this company again. Horrible! Just horrible!👎🏽”

“SCAM! Do not waste your time. Sent to wrong state via DHL. Seller is not responsive. On-line dispute system just takes you in circles and wont open a claim for you and won't refund your money. Never received my money back. Complete FRAUD!”

“I ordered a laptop screen from DH gate. It took forever to arrive but it did after a long time. They sent me a screen that was for another laptop not even close to what I asked for. I requested a replacement. Had a hard time trying to get the message through via the live chat with an automated machine. Long story short they wanted me to post it back first & then they would send a replacement screen. Not bloody likely. They have taken my money & want to take no responsibility for their very obvious mistake. Had I posted it back at a cost similar to the cost of the item, I do believe I would have heard no more about it with them having my money & their product back & me having enriched Australia Post. Someone in authority has to put a stop to this company being allowed to commit fraud like this on our shores.”

“Dhgate.com is a scam website. I believe the majority of 5 star reviews ANYWHERE on review websites are Dhgate.com them selves writing the reviews. I was sent a defective galaxy mobile phone that does not connect to Wifi 99% of the time, LCD has amoled screen burn-in, Ear piece audio is extremely muffled apon taking a call, Phone has hacked softwear - Has root access not mentioned in description, Phone has missing NFC antenna. I have no idea how they could send me absolute rubbish. Seller wants ME to cover return international postage and to expect a percentage of a refund - from other reviews on other review websites once they receive the item back it's a gamble if you receive any funds at all in return. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid There are even more review sites like productreview.com.au detailing horrible experiences dhgate.com lays on there customers.”

“These people are scammers fraudulently stealing peoples money. They lied for over 7 months that they were mailing my order. It was never sent. I emailed there customer service department and never received a responce except that they were mailing my order. I never received anything and now they refuse to refund my money. They say I have to speak with the vendor from their site whom I already advised DHGate since month 1 that I never received a responce from them. Scam scam scam. Beware stay clear of DH Gate”
