“I ordered a Dyson Hairdryer & paid $209.00. It arrived looking nice, but only heated to 170 degrees. I know this because I bought an Infrared Thermometer to prove my case of it not working correctly. Also, when you switched it to setting 3, it is supposed to get hotter, but instead it turned the air cooler. I did everything they asked. Sending in pictures and a video using the thermometer to show it only heating to 170 degrees when a less expensive Chi hairdryer heated to 360 degrees. I still have not been able to talk to a person after at least 30 emails. The seller offered a discount of $40, but what good is that if the hair dryer doesn't work or dry my hair. Don't learn the hard way like I did. Avoid DHGate no matter how sweet the deal seems. You'll be sorry if you do!”

I bought a really nice gown so it seemed from the pictures. When it arrived it looked like it was poor quality, definitely "made in China". It costed more than $100 including shipping and they would not take it back after I complained about how the picture didn't even look like the dress I got. They gave me the run around to this day. Save yourself the headache and your money. These guys are scammers with very poor customer service. Once they have your money, they won't care about any complaints you have make the poor quality of their products.”

To cut a long story short, I ordered 3 items on January 7th. I was supplied with a fake tracking number and nothing was sent. I raised a dispute about this and the seller supplied me a new tracking number. Two months later I receive one totally worthless, defective, item totally different from that which I ordered. Obviously, I flagged this up with DHGate immediately and suplied plenty of evidence of the package and its contents. However they then demand I supply images of the item I received on a weighing scale (I do not own one), to complete the evidence. As a result I cannot receive my money back.
It is blatantly obvious what this seller has done, yet DHGate are happy to be see customers be defrauded. They seem to make it as difficult as possible for you to get the money back which is rightfully yours. I'm now being forced to go through the chargeback process with my credit card company, wasting a lot more of my time.
In summary, their customer service is extremly poor and their site is full of fraudsters. Do not waste your money here, you will regret it.”
