“I'm glad I searched up the reviews. Looking for somewhere that I can get dresses for a decent amount, before december 15th. Trying to see if shipping will arrive before 30 days. Any suggestions on what? Since this site is a No-Go”

“fake seller customer support tries to help then finaly a refund wait 5 weeks ok but no refund trie for 3 weeks to get support finaly contact then i heard refund is in a dhgate wallet that i cant reach aaaaaaaaaaahhh never again”

“One star is far to many. The item I purchased was of poor quality, not as described. The dress was supposed to be ankle length and I'm 5'7 and it dragged on the floor. Everything about the dress was cheap! Albeit they were happy to refund my money, I had to return the item on my dollar. The shipping cost to return exceeded the $147 I paid for the dress. I will never waste my money on anything from DHGate ever again.”

“Lack of communication! You cannot get a direct answer. I ordered an item that did not show the delivery time until after I ordered it. Then it showed 7 to 30 days out. Well I had enough time still however it came 39 days which then it was too LATE!!! Tried it on to discover that Large does not mean large to them it mean medium! Only if this is the LAST place to buy from would I buy from them again. Curtis Don't do business with them!!”

“I ordered a dress the end of July and paid for it and still have not received it. I have sent many e-mails trying to get this matter resolved and it has not and they have not replied to my e-mails. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company. If this is how they do business they will never get mine and I hope nobody else has to go thru this.”

“The seller waited 2 weeks to ship and the item got stuck in customs for several additional days because it was missing a invoice processing slip. I asked for that and the seller promised to send and I still have not recieved. How it shipped to another country without a customs invoice is beyond me. There is no way that this all makes sense. Dhgate is bad for business.”

“I hate this website. I brought for more than 400$ of dresses. I never got them. The customer service are playing. The sellers stole my money. They do not want to pay me back. Please guys stay AWAY from those People. Its a Scam. I would like to give them more than 1 star if I could, because they do not deserve it”

“I was ordering a mother of the bride dress from this website. I placed my order at least 2 months before the wedding. While I did receive my dress, it was so late arriving I wasn’t able to wear it for the wedding. I tried to cancel my order 3 weeks prior to shipping and it would not let me cancel. When the dress did arrive I tried to return it for a refund, but the website was sooo confusing and complicated, I could not get past all their requirements to process a refund. I couldn’t even post a review on their website. Will never buy from them again. I should have known better.”

“Be aware of the Seller named “ DRESSTOP” in DHgate. They didn’t even send me item, so I disputed it for full refund. I ordered 2 weeks ago a item. Other item from other company in DHgate already has arrived. But “DRESSTOP” shop even didn’t not shipping info. Because they didn’t send any to me. DRESSTOP requested me to change item not described, but I refused it, because If I change item not described means, I receive item, but I haven’t received any item from them. They’ve got so angry that I didn’t change it what they want and threatened me not going to full refund and don’t need to full refund. They called me FUC* and go to Hel* and talk about my mother’s belly? I wish I can upload chatting with DRESSTOP. Never buy feom this Seller and be careful!! Do not waste your money and time. I haven’t my money back yet.”

“If I could pick 0 stars I surely would. It literally takes 2 months to recieve anything you order. Ridiculous. By the time you get clothes or shoes, they are well played out. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH A 2 MONTH WAIT. This site sucks bad. Dont waste your time and money!”

“Ordered a watch which was never scanned into their postal authority and never received by me. After a month & a half and numerous messages to DHGate they said I need to request a refund and cancel the order which I did and they said a refund would be made. NO REFUND YET. If your going to order anything from CHINA go ALI EXPRESS. Your chance of receiving your item is much greater then this worthless company.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED A MOTHER-OF-THE-BRIDE DRESS BACK IN APRIL 2018. IT DIDN'T FIT AND I SENT IT BACK AT MY OWN EXPENSE. THE WEDDING CAME AND WENT (WEARING A MUCH NICER DRESS) AND I HAVE REPEATEDLY (OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS!) REQUESTED MY REFUND. I SPENT-AND LOST-OVER $132.00 INCLUDING A RETURN PRICE OF $23.50 WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR MYSELF. THEY GAVE ME EXCUSES SUCH AS..."THE RETURN MACHINE IS BROKEN!" THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY!!! I WAITED OVER SIX (6) MONTHS FOR MY REFUND FOR THE DRESS. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM DHGATE.COM!!!”

“SELLER SENT ME DEATH THREATS DIAGNOSED WITH UVEITIS CAUSED BY TOXIC MAKEUP FROM DHGATE ORDER 374286999 BEWARE OF THE SELLER "CHINESEBILLIONAIRE" I ordered a batch of makeup palettes from him and they were nothing like they were in the photos. When they arrived, the eyeshadows were different colors - AND every palette reeked of TOXIC fumes. I could not even keep them in my room. HE WOULD NOT HELP ME AND MOCKED ME - SAYING IT WAS MY OWN FAULT AND THAT MY REVIEW DIFFERED FROM OTHERS. UPDATE: AFTER HANDLING THESE PALETTES, I HAVE CONTRACTED UVEITIS. The doctors informed me that this was caused by "Toxic exposure, such as to pesticides and acids used in manufacturing processes." The seller himself messaged me saying "I am giving you this refund for your MEDICAL EXPENSES, "so you can go to the hospital and GET SURGERY" This was a premeditated attack. The seller knowingly poisoned me, denied it while threatening me consistently, telling me to "go die" and then ended the message by saying "I'm refunding you so you can go to the hospital." He sent me death threats. THIS SELLER NEEDS TO BE BANNED OR ELSE I have grounds for a lawsuit. I have the potential to GO BLIND from this makeup and I have proof that he said this money was for my hospital fees. DHGate - He needs to be banned immediately. If I ever see him on this app again, I will file a lawsuit sharing that you protect sellers WHO POISON CUSTOMERS and SEND THEM DEATH THREATS.”

“Seller jiutianzhengmang DO not orders, purse is so cheap and damages, I try to return but not respond and blocked everything I can’t money back, even my complaint DHgate gave to him money, after I can’t see him anywhere, this is frist I ordered see how this company so I can order more, but I am really disappointed how DHgate doing only care about seller not buyers, I still have a two more coming from other seller, I know than is going to cheap looking too, after I get this I am going to delete all this company”
