“I ordered 4 items in November and received two. Put brand new batteries in and they didn't work. I spent numerous hours trying to get DH gate to help, even used the chat online help several times. There customer service is useless and provides no help at all. It was the first time and last time I will ever order anything from them again. I paid for stuff that doesn't work! Don't waste your money with them. If you have a problem they will ignore you until you go away!”

“DHGate has it own Buyer's Guarantee Policy to lure customers into buying since they don't deal with PayPal. Guess what? DHGate's Policy is a P.O.S. because they took my money and claimed their supplier sent me two times the item I ordered, however I still haven't receive anything and it's over 3 months now. I lost $112US.

“I enjoyed buying all the fake products on the site until today when I had to deal with customer service and discovered what kind of scum DH is. I ordered 5 rings in a size 9 the tiny eyed blind seller shipped me all the rings in a size 11.5. So I open a "dispute" which is a different word for go love to yourself in Mandarin. The buyer has to prepay to send back to China, no way the dirty rat in China will reimburse for shipping, and hope for a refund cus these bottom feeders are so honest. It was nice buying some garbage, now I spend ZERO with DH. Lesson learned. DH eat my A$@”

IN FACT I PURCHASED 3 ITEMS FROM SAME SELLER AND NOT ONE ARRIVED, YET DHGATE GAVE THE SELLER THEIR MONEY AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME ! SEVERAL EMAILS TO THEM, BUT THEY JUST REPLY "CONTACT THE SELLER" HOWEVER THE SELLER DOES NOT OPERATE ON THEIR SITE ANYMORE.
SO IF YOU BUY FROM DHGATE YOU TAKE A CHANCE, BECAUSE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES, TOUGH, YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY, IN MY CASE THAT WAS OVER £100”
