“I placed an order on November 29th. The order said it had shipped on the 30th. But when I contacted the seller, they STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED! The shoes were for my daughter's birthday which is today, Dec. 13th. This is ridiculous! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY AGAIN!”

“They sent me a dress that is way to long, it is uneven and gaps horribly on the top part of the dress. I have been fighting to get my refund the seller is ignoring me. I can not see anymore of my messages. I'm over it! The company I bought the dress from is the worst! Be wary. If I could put a 0 I would!”

“Shipping took extremely long, a warning before purchasing items would have been nice to have. Then I was told orders were waiting on payment, when $45 was taken off my card for the products. Then none of the clothes were good quality and not the actual sizes. I ordered things for my children's boutique, things that were meant to be 18-24 months looked like 6-12 months.”

“I placed an order of an item that cost $850. Hours later I get an email saying I needed to send them a picture of my credit card front and back, or a copy of my passport to verify payment. I have ordered hundreds of items online and never has a company asked for any of the stuff DHgate is asking for. I’m in the process of cancelling my order. People save your money. This company is a FRAUD.”

“I enjoyed buying all the fake products on the site until today when I had to deal with customer service and discovered what kind of scum DH is. I ordered 5 rings in a size 9 the tiny eyed blind seller shipped me all the rings in a size 11.5. So I open a "dispute" which is a different word for go love to yourself in Mandarin. The buyer has to prepay to send back to China, no way the dirty rat in China will reimburse for shipping, and hope for a refund cus these bottom feeders are so honest. It was nice buying some garbage, now I spend ZERO with DH. Lesson learned. DH eat my A$@”

“I would leave 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me! SO upset- no product, no tracking, no emails, NOTHING to show I ordered but they did manage to charge my account. Complete fraud! I can't even talk to anyone. They say live chat but then it tells you it is a robot! I will NEVER oder again and am going to dispute the charges.”

“DHGATE COMPANY POLICY STATES THAT IF ITEM(S) ARE NOT DELIVERED THEY DO NOT ISSUE PAYMENT TO SELLER AND THEY MAKE FULL REFUND TO SELLER. IN FACT I PURCHASED 3 ITEMS FROM SAME SELLER AND NOT ONE ARRIVED, YET DHGATE GAVE THE SELLER THEIR MONEY AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME ! SEVERAL EMAILS TO THEM, BUT THEY JUST REPLY "CONTACT THE SELLER" HOWEVER THE SELLER DOES NOT OPERATE ON THEIR SITE ANYMORE. SO IF YOU BUY FROM DHGATE YOU TAKE A CHANCE, BECAUSE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES, TOUGH, YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY, IN MY CASE THAT WAS OVER £100”

“欺詐和敲詐勒索 Dhgate is the worst online Marketplace that exists. My payment status was put in risk payment verification, because I decided to use my credit card and my shipping address is different than the billing address. I'm an American business owner who has a cafe in Thailand. The destination of my freight was Thailand, not America. For five days these people kept sending me in circles. I would contact customer service and customer service would refer me to the safety center. I would then send an e-mail with all of the photo information including the account numbers, verification codes and transaction codes from the bank to the safety center and then the safety center would tell me in a response e-mail to contact customer service and then the cycle would begin again. I have a series of 13 emails that repeat this vicious cycle and nothing is done. In the meantime my credit card validated payment and paid dhgate. The vendors were never paid and they owe me $1,195. Apparently dhgate does not want you to use your credit card to make orders. They want you to use a debit card, one of their pay systems or Western Union. I think that dhgate is a racist company. This has very little to do with the vendors that use that platform. Their platform is convoluted and it would appear to me that people in customer service and in the safety center are of low birth who are autistic or have down syndrome. I don't know how else to explain why it is that you can send a photo of your passport, a photo of your driver's license which contains the address, both sides of credit card and a bank statement for that credit card and still they say that you are a payment risk. After 5 days, I just gave up. I said to myself, "Forget them" and you should too. Unfortunately, they were paid by my bank and now I have to wait for the money to be credited back to my account. Dhgate is a bogus company that is involved in fraud and racketeering. I would urge anyone having problems to contact the Ministry Of Commerce by way of the Chinese American Embassy in Washington, DC and make formal complaints. With any luck, the people's Republic of China will find DHGate guilty and march the CEO off in front of a firing squad. This is not how we do business in the West. If you think that an alternative is aliexpress, don't. They do the same thing. Alibaba has a simple credit card verification system that immediately contacts Visa who sends an SMS message to the card holders phone and the code is entered on Alibaba expresses credit verification checkout page right before your order is confirmed. It happens in a matter of 5 seconds. This bullshit at AliExpress and Dhgate is a scam.”

“my refund. ordered blue led icicle lights the bulbs are not bright enough for the exterior of my home. spent 118.00 tried to get a refund and return lights they offered me 1 cent. yes that is correct 1 cent and said i could keep the lights. now i have 22 sets of lights i can not use and i am out 118.00. only company i have ever had trouble with buying on line . customer service is very difficult to deal with and i will NEVER buy anything from this place again”
