“Clothes sent with 2 huge holes in them, clothes sent in the completely wrong size. It is cheap rubbish you would never part money with if you saw the goods first. Seriously avoid at all costs.”

“Package was not delivered to my address post office informed me it was delivered out of state to a Locker the same item is being sold under different vendor name Trying to find a way to get my money back”

“Did not receive my item I have small envelope with strips of paper that’s not right.MORE than one item theirs no one to help me. This never happened before now 3 times back to back. I have one more item that haven’t gotten but the tracking says it haven’t reach the USA”

“Do not buy from here I purchased a wedding dress was afraid I wouldn't get it on time because of all the bad reviews I saw. I cancelled the dress order 1 hour after purchase and they refused to give me my money back I tried contacting other people for help but nothing. Awful never again. I am going to make aware yo everyone I know not to buy here!”

“DON'T DO BUSINESS ON THIS SITE!! Purchased a $465.31 USD Motorcycle fairing from Charles Auto Parts. Specified color and NO GRAPHICS. Received fairing with graphics for another vehicle altogether! Been e-mailing back and forth for a month with no resolution. I've sent evidence pictures, Etc. They have responded with statements like "Look very Nice, no refund, we send you free gifts" , "Sorry Box to big, Make it fit" Etc. Finally got ahold of DH Gate Customer Service and had to start the process all over. Still no resolution! I'm out $465.31 This is probably why 81.82% of their reviews are 1 star.”

“Plz don't trust DHGate! I did not receive the shoes I paid for nor did I receive any money back for them. Got me for $60 but I'm more upset about not receiving what I paid for since I brought the whole outfit to go with the shoes to bring in the New Year's. Plus 3 months waiting wasted Plus a whole lot of time and energy put into getting a refund that I never was going to get!”

“The page offers mostly trash. The pictures look good, the products are terrible.I ordered a sweater. It was trash.The seller refused to refund. The costumer service protected him. Don't buy there!!!!”

“Horrible experience. Customer service will have you doing their job to contact seller (oreeee) and system to get your money back. Over 6 months now and still haven’t received my money back. Very frustrating and unfair.”

“Don't buy from dhgate. I ordered on 5 Nov a Christmas gift and was promised delivery by 8 Dec. I opened a dispute on their website and now get constat messages asking me to trust them and cancel dispute. What a joke. This place is a scam.”

“I purchase a bag from this seller Lindaoqiou. She told me stock is available before I make payment. After I paid, the price which was USD145, My card was charged USD156. After four days, she told me the item I want is not available and she asked me to take another model. I was very upset because she lied. So I told her I want to cancel my order. She told me to change my reason for cancellation as item not needed which is not true. On 5th December, 3 days after I told her to cancel, DHgate via my inbox told me the seller refused to cancel but instead proceeded with sending out my item. Guess what? Yesterday I got the shock of my life when the post office tracking said item left in my mailbox. How could such a bulky item could fit in my mail box? I went down and guess what I found? A small plastic envelope weight less than 0.2kg with a piece of card inside. It's written in Chinese so I don't know what's the meaning. The biggest disaster and liar on DHGate. Avoid this seller @LINDAOQIOU. She is a scammer. Working together with my bank to get my money back.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They totally scanned me... ripped me off... took my money... no reply to emails phony tracking number.. luckily I had fraud protection on my credit card... I'm writing reviews on every possible website I can.. it's amazing that these criminals are allowed to operate”

“Buying from DH-Gate was a terrible experience across the board. I feel like I was scammed and stolen from. The customer service people at DH Gate ran me around in circles, cost me additional money and time trying to jump through all the hoops they required to resolve the issue of a faulty product being sent, and the end helped with NOTHING! I followed through with every request that was made of me, and never got any kind of resolution.”

“I ordered 4 items in November and received two. Put brand new batteries in and they didn't work. I spent numerous hours trying to get DH gate to help, even used the chat online help several times. There customer service is useless and provides no help at all. It was the first time and last time I will ever order anything from them again. I paid for stuff that doesn't work! Don't waste your money with them. If you have a problem they will ignore you until you go away!”

“I agree. This company is a nightmare. I ordered a gown described in the heading as 'Emerald Green'. When it came it was teal blue. I could not use it. I applied to the for a refund. The message I got back was, "the seller has declined your refund request, because the order has already been processed." DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AWAY! I lost $136! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ONLINE!”

“DHGate has it own Buyer's Guarantee Policy to lure customers into buying since they don't deal with PayPal. Guess what? DHGate's Policy is a P.O.S. because they took my money and claimed their supplier sent me two times the item I ordered, however I still haven't receive anything and it's over 3 months now. I lost $112US. I will never deal with this fraudulent DHGate ever again!”
