I first needed to alert them that I made the purchase then I had contact them twice to get the item shipped. I took about 10 days to get the item delivered. I notice all the effort spent responding to negative reviews on Trustpilot. maybe try communicating with your customers in the first place rather than wasting time with pointless responses here.”

“A set of pots were supposed to come with the induction hob I ordered. The hob was delivered but no pots. It took me 5 separate efforts at contracting DID before they send me the pots, two weeks later. There was no accountability or connection between any of the channels i contacted; the customer contact number, the email, the twitter a/c and the facebook a/c.”
