“Excellent, fast and friendly service! Even when I messed up my order it was rectified very quickly by Direct 4 Baby,no problems at all! I absolutely love my new ergobaby metro and have wanted one for a while,it was an excellent price! It made it even easier that I was able to pay it off through clearpay! I plan to buy some accesories for my stroller at a later date from Direct 4 Baby! Thank you😊”

“I already had this model in black for my son (still using it comfortably at 8yrs old) so we knew we wanted the same for our daughter. Both children are excellent car-sleepers, so we needed something that would support their head and torso, whilst being comfortable. This seat fits the bill. My 5yr old didn’t slip at all and her head remained in a comfortable position for the hour that she was asleep. And it’s also a beautiful colour!”

“Visited the Aintree store when it first opened, Claire who helped us was very friendly and approachable. We didn't feel pressured at all and we were offered refreshments whilst we shopped. Informed before we paid that there would be a delay on the pram but the car seat was in stock. Received a follow up call a few days later with a stock update for the pram and asked whether we wanted the car seat first or both delivered at the same time. Chose to have them delivered together as the pram was due in within a week. Both items arrived a week later on next day delivery. Highly recommend and cannot understand the bad reviews as we received a great service from start to finish!”

“I’ve loved every second of my experience with direct4baby. From the moment I walked in to their new store in aintree the atmosphere was relaxing but engaging (the decor is so cool!) the staff were attentive and helpful and were able to recommend all the relevant models of prams that fit my requirements. With this being my second pregnancy I knew exactly what I didn’t want but I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. The demonstrations of each pram really helped me make my decision! If you’re in the market for all things baby, I would highly recommend visiting direct4baby, you’ll even be offered a drink and a chill on the couch!!! (Also there’s toys and distractions for tantrum toddlers!) 5 stars Thank you x”
