“What a nice pleasant experience today at Direct4Baby Aintree. We came from Warrington to this Liverpool store after following their Instagram. Great demonstration by Claire and we eventually decided on the iCandy. My husband gave a thumbs up as they have an in store coffee shop !!”

“We met several staff members at Direct 4 Baby whilst choosing and purchasing our pram, they have all been really helpful and taken their time to advise us. We were able to test out different prams including practicing putting them up and down and are really happy with the pram we have chosen, thanks!”

“Nicky and the team were amazing in both stores. I went in just to aintree just to browse and was shown around and assisted throughout with no pressure to buy. I booked an appointment to view prams in the Burscough store and Nicky was so helpful and patience with me as i was struggling to decide. Thank you for all your guidance and patience couldn’t be happier with our choice would recommend shopping here to anyone.”

“Absolutely amazing service from start to finish - ordered thinking I was pre-ordering and my pram actually came within 48 hours. There was a slight problem with the liners not being in stock which I hadn’t been informed about but the customer service after contacting them about it has been fantastic. Extremely helpful and would definitely recommend! Also love my pram and would recommend that too (Phil & Teds Voyager V6 and Double Kit)”
