“First time I have been to Direct 4 Baby. So impressed by the service and attention. Liz helped me order what I needed and I would recommend anyone who needs Baby goods to go there first. It actually saved me money too. Local to me in Ormskirk. Brilliant find.”

“We loved our visit to Direct 4 Baby Aintree. The service was brilliant, staff were knowlegable about the products and happy to assist in any way. We will definitely be returning to choose the rest of our baby bits.”

“We visited both the Burscough and Aintree store and both times we were seen to quickly, were able to ask lots of questions and try out the products. I went in knowing I wanted an icandy but wasn't too sure on the car seat. Dawn at Aintree, talked us through every aspect of our now purchased Peach pram and went through with us the best features of each car seat it was compatible with. When we arrived I really needed a drink and was offered one almost immediately. My Dad and hubby loved the seating area and coffee whilst me and my Mum spent more time looking at the pram. We were given time to decide what we wanted and not pressured at all. The order was delivered super quick, within two or three days and I was contacted to be told some of our order would be a day later so we knew it wasn't missing. All the staff (especially Dawn, who looked after us) were very helpful and lovely! Thank you so much, can't wait to get out with my new pram! :D”

“Ordered a pram bundle on a Wednesday. Had not heard about delivery by the following Wednesday so rang the customer service first thing Thursday morning. The lady who answered the phone said she would look into it and call me back later on that day, which she did and said that the order was now ready to be shipped and because of the delay I would get it the following day. Less than 24 hours after enquiry I had my order. excellent service and very good fast delivery of all 3 parcels.”
