While I can't give a perfect rating with these shipping issues seeming unusually common, you can feel safe in that customer service is willing to quickly and painlessly resolve them.”

Customer service is A1. Shipping and packaging is simply on another level. I'm very happy being a customer at Displate. I have like 10 now, I plan to get more. When you want to store them, if you're a displate member you actually get sent a perfectly fitting sleeve for the art work and that is a huge win. (don't throw them out! XD)
I will continue to be a customer. My kids love to choose a Displate once in a while too and it makes a perfect gift given how it's all put together.
